Account Deletion Policy
This Account Deletion Policy (“Policy”) outlines the procedures, conditions, and consequences relating to the deletion of user accounts for services provided by Maju Oil Sdn. Bhd. (“Maju Oil”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

4. Processing Timeline
Upon successful verification, account deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 7 to 30 business days, depending on system complexity, pending transactions, and compliance requirements.
5. Conditions Prior to Deletion
Account deletion may be subject to the following conditions:
- No pending or unresolved service requests
- No outstanding wallet balances requiring settlement
- No ongoing disputes, investigations, or fraud reviews
- Completion of any required identity or compliance verification
We reserve the right to delay or refuse deletion requests where these conditions are not met.
6. Scope of Data Deletion
Upon approval, Maju Oil will delete or irreversibly anonymise personal data associated with the account, including but not limited to:
- User profile information (name, contact details)
- Saved addresses and location preferences
- App usage and account-related identifiers
- Non-essential operational data
7. Data Retention and Exceptions
Notwithstanding account deletion, certain data may be retained where necessary for legitimate purposes, including:
- Financial, wallet, and payout transaction records
- Accounting and audit documentation
- Tax and regulatory compliance requirements
- Fraud prevention and security records
- Legal claims, dispute resolution, or enforcement purposes
Such retained data will be securely stored and only used for the purposes required by law or legitimate business interests.
8. Effect of Account Deletion
Upon successful deletion:
- The account will be permanently deactivated
- Access to all services will be terminated
- All associated data (subject to retention exceptions) will be removed
- Historical access to pickup records and transactions will be unavailable
Users acknowledge that account deletion is irreversible, and data recovery may not be possible once deletion is completed.
9. Wallet Balance, Rewards, and Credits
Prior to account deletion:
- Users are responsible for withdrawing or utilising any remaining wallet balance
- Unclaimed rewards, points, or credits may be forfeited upon deletion
Maju Oil shall not be liable for any loss of unused value following account deletion.
10. Withdrawal of Deletion Request
Users may withdraw their deletion request before processing is completed by contacting our support team.
Once deletion or anonymisation has been finalised, the request cannot be reversed.
11. Security and Fraud Prevention
Maju Oil reserves the right to suspend or reject deletion requests where there is:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Security concerns or unauthorised access
- Ongoing investigations
12. Compliance with Legal Obligations
This Policy is implemented in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws, including but not limited to the PDPA, financial regulations, and tax laws.
